Modified Container House

BACK
  • Flexible layout

Combining the safety of the container with the aesthetics of the family, we can create a variety of accommodation options, which are ideal for short-term or long-term use.
Accommodation units can provide solutions for personal accommodation, three-bedroom housing solutions, accommodation for students, mines and construction sites, and accommodation in holiday parks.

The design can be adjusted to include bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe, lounge area, dining room, study room and balcony.
  • Strong & Durable & Comfortable

Ours Accommodation units are available in 6m & 12m or can be combined to create larger buildings as required. The portability of the container means that your building can easily be transported to wherever it is required whilst the classic shape make the units easily stackable to create multi-story solutions. The full steel structure of the container combined with internal insulation means that the building will be able to withstand even the harshest climates & provide the occupant with quiet, air-conditioned comfort.

20ft & 40ft Modified container houses are made to standard measurements and as such they provide modular elements that can be combined into larger structures. This simplifies design grids, planning and transport.
  • Flexible layout

For the in-house modification, floor / wall / roof can all be modified to achieve the high quality of good force resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance. Tidy appearance, and convenient maintenance. The containers can be completely built-up according to your requirements and also your country’s or local law and codes requirements. Both water drainage system and electrical system could be well installed, ready to hook-up to your local supply system. Take you almost no time to assemble it. It is easy to install the containers according to the manuals. The exterior surface and interior fittings can be dealt according to your own design.

New containers of this construction can be linked together either side by side or end on end and they can be stacked one on another.
  • Load

The maximum level 3 load capacity can be 200KN/m2 ~ 500KN/m2

  • Modified Container Houses Production

We manufacture the modified container house at your request from the raw material to build a new one. All containers are made to standard measurements and as such they provide modular elements that can be combined into larger structures. This simplifies design grids, planning and transport.

  • Container Houses Welding & Assembly

We manufacture the modified container house at your request from the raw material to build a new one. All containers are made to standard measurements and as such they provide modular elements that can be combined into larger structures. This simplifies design grids, planning and transportation comfort. The container is mainly constructed with steel frames, corrugated panels welded by CO2 shielded Arc welding. All welds of the exterior r including the base frames are continuous with full penetration. Wooden floor is fixed to the cross members by self-tapping screws. All crevices will be sealed with elastic sealing compound. All corner fittings used will comply with ISO/1161 standard.

  • Modified Container Houses Painting

Surface Preparation: All steel components, prior to forming, will be shot-blasted to a SA 2.5 standard surface by means of an automatic centrifugal shot surface cleaning machine. A weldable primer compatible to the paint system will be applied immediately to a thickness of 10 micron to preserve the surface integrity during the assembly process. After the container is assembled it is shot-blasted again manually to clean all the welds and any other area that was contaminated during the assembly process. Slags and spatters are removed by means of grinding or needle hammers. Exterior Paint: Apply one coat of zinc rich primer to 25 mic. DFT. Apply one coat of epoxy primer to 35 mic. DFT. Apply one coat of Acrylic top coat to 40 mic. DFT. Total 100 mic. DFT. Interior Paint: Apply one coat of zinc rich primer to 20 mic. DFT. Apply one coat of epoxy top coat to 40 mic. DFT. Total 60 mic. DFT.

  • Assembly Completed Before Delivery

The containers can be completely built-up according to your requirements and also your country’s or local law and codes requirements before delivery. Both water drainage system and electrical system could be well installed in our factory, ready to hook-up to your local supply system. Take you almost no time to assemble it. It is easy to install the containers according to the manuals.

  • 17 years of Professional Modification Technical Team

For the in-house modification, the floor / wall / roof can all be modified according to the customer's requirements, to achieve the high quality of good force resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance before delivery; Tidy appearance, convenient maintenance, safe and reliable, and customers can start to use immediately after arrival.

  • Easy to transport

Pre-fabricated modules modified container house can also be easily transported by forklift, ship, truck or rail, because they already conform to standard shipping sizes.

  • REDUCE

    emission reduction

When designing, developing and manufacturing modular buildings, we must consider reusability, select only reusable materials to limit waste generation, and design components that are easy to disassemble.

  • REUSE

    Reuse

Customers themselves can take back the modular buildings that are no longer needed and refurbish them for reuse.

  • RECYCLE

    recycle

We also work hard to design products so that any waste generated can be classified as resources for recycling.
